"could not save item" in Outlook 2003 Calendar

hi!
I have a user who, when she creates a new item in her Calendar, gets a
message "could not save item". Her email is coming in ok. Can someone offer
some advice on what is causing this? Thanks in advance for any advice and
info!

RE: "could not save item" in Outlook 2003 Calendar

No problem---I found the fix to my issue just a few posts down.
Outlook.exe was still running in task manager after Outlook was closed. I
killed the process and now it works.
