SKU012.CAB missing

Once the detect and repair function is activated in Mircosoft Outlook, when ever I try to launch the excel spreadsheet system will prompt that the file SKU012.CAB is missing and require installation CD to solve the issue. When I click on cancel button then the excel wont be launched. I dont have the installation CD with me nor the license code. I have downloaded LISTOOL.EXE as instructed from some website but it keeps telling me for the installation CD which is not mentioned in the instructions. Can anyone help me please? Thanks

It might be that when you try to start a Microsoft Office 2003 program for the first time, you receive the "Installation Error: File not Found" error message. So to solve this problem, follow the instructions given on this website - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896866/en-us
