SKU012.CAB missing

After the detect and repair function is activated in ms outlook, whenever I
try to launch the excel spreadsheet system will prompt that the file
SKU012.CAB is missing and require installation cd to overcome this problem.
If I click on cancel button then the excel will not be launched.

My situation now is I do not have the installation cd with me nor the
license code. I downloaded LISTOOL.EXE as instructed from this website but it
keeps prompting for the installation cd which this never mentioned in the
instruction section.

I need the solution urgently, someone who know this please help me asap.
