You can do that by Save as .xlsx; and try reopening the file. I do not know the exact way, but I think is the actual limitation of Excel. You can try a new spreadsheet in place of same. |

Or esle there is one more thing you can try. Click on Office button > Excel Options > "Save" section - make sure the top dropdown doesn't say ".xls", but says ".xlsx" or ".xlsm" etc. All new workbooks will not have 1048576 rows. If you're opening a file which was created in 2003 or earlier, then you still will get 65536 rows. To increase this yuo need to convert it to 2007: Office button/Convert. |
