How to easily switch between scrolling sheet and cursor selection in Microsoft Excel

Using Windows XP EXCEL, my arrow keys, which normally move from cell to cell, became scroll keys, moving the entire sheet up-down or right-left. I am unable to find how this came about or how to return to the original operation. HELP! (and what topic in the help file covers this?).

Try this: Press the [scroll lock] key. This key is on the keyboard between the alphabets and number keys. Check properly. There is nothing special required to disabling scrolling in Microsoft Excel. Just the scroll lock key does the work.

Yes it is right. By mistake the scroll key is activated. If you are looking for some kind of macro for that then I think the process can be more complicated. Instead of that better look for auto scrolling macros.
