Need help to create a PVIFA in Microsoft Excel

I need help to create PVIFA in Microsoft Excel. There is no help provided in Microsoft Excel for this. Does anyone knows how to do this. Any template for the same will allow work. Thanks.

It is right that there is help provided for PVIFA function in Microsoft Excel. Even on the web there is no proper template available for that. The default syntax used in this is = =PV(RATE,NPER,PMT,FV,type). And if you want to calculate the rate then you can try this =PV(4%,20,-1,0,0).

There are some sites which offers you to download some ready to use files for PVIFA function. All you need to do is search properly on google. I had seen myself many sites provides a PVIFA PDF download file which offers you a table and sample of using the same.
