How to add permanent # character Excel

I received this question from a Excel user. I have a worksheet that has cells with data looking at other worksheets. I want to basically hard code those #'s without actually deleting the formula and typing the number in. How do I do that.

There is a easy thing you can carry out. Use this Copy > Edit > PasteSpecial > Values.

I do no thing there is a option for that. You might need to get some vba code for the same. You try searching on officehelp.in for the same.
