I have been charged with the task of creating a sales tracking spreadsheet which should contain a minimum of: month-to-date sales, year-to-date sales for a variety of products sold through my sales/CS team and the calls/presentations it took to produce those sales. I am using Excel 2003.

Here is a template which will help you to track leads in Excel. It is more detailed and easy to fill up. You do not need to create a new one or make changes. Just download this and add the same in your office files.

There are many templates on the web you can use. You can download and test any of them. If you can mention in detail what actually you require then there are better possibilities of helping you.
