What is the way to change the series order in Microsoft Excel 2007

I need help to change the actual series order in legend in Excel. I tried to figure out some steps from the help file, but that does not really worked more. It shows some limitation in the order.

This are the steps which can help you for the process.

• Right-click in the whiote-space.
• Select Source Data
• Go to Series Tab
• Assign your names and data from here so that your desired first series is in the top spot. However, changing the order in the select data source dialogue box did not change the displayed order
