    How to convert Mac/iWork numbers to MS Excel format tools

    Can anyone tell me wherher there are any tools that will allow PC user of Excel to open a Mac .numbers extension file?

    You can do it with few simple steps. Follow the below steps:

    • First of all update your iWork to latest version.
    • Now create a spreadsheet using MAC numbers
    • Save the file normally as an mac numbers file.
    • Now click on File to Export. Click on Excel from the export options. Give it a specific location where you want to export and click on 'Export'.
    • Thats it. Now numbers will be saved in the spreadsheet in Excel (.XLS) format.
