How to do Copy/Paste on protected work sheet in Microsoft Excel

While using Excel I was trying to use the copy & paste option on one sheet which is protected but it won’t work. I have locked all the cells that have coding and protection for the worksheet, how can I allow a user to copy & paste cells together with its functionality. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks

The better question is how to disable copy/paste. Even with worksheet/workbook protection is enabled, you can copy the cells and paste them to a new workbook. If you want people to be able to paste into the protected workbook, don't protect those cells (note that formatting of the said cell could be compromised in this scenario).
