Is it possible to format cells as yes/no Boolean logic in Microsoft Excel

I was trying to create electronic attendance register, so for that I want to check cells on/off (true/false) quickly, for that I use mouse click because it would be nice. I would also need to perform simple maths on them using built-in functions (Format/Cells/Boolean?), but i can't see it anywhere in Excel. So is there any option for this thing? Or maybe an attendance register template you guys know. Any reply will be appreciated.

A couple of options you can check out, it is possible to make a worksheet which can insert a checkmark in a designated range based upon a mouse-click. And there are several templates available for this type of worksheet on the official site of Microsoft Template as well. And according to my suggestion you don't really need Boolean, just fixed indicators, e.g.: Y/N. This will be easy and simple to do in Excel.
