    Power Point Trial Version

Last week I bought a new Gateway computer which came pre-installed with Windows Vista. Later I installed Office 2007. Two days I created a new presentation using PowerPoint on this system. The presentation works fine on this Vista laptop but I try to open the same presentation on some another computer running with Win XP, it just wont opens. Somebody suggested me to compress the file but I don’t know how I can compress this file in this trial version.

DO you think the reason behind this would be because it is a trial version and hence the presentations made on this system could not be transferred? Please help.

Nope there is othing like if the Office is Trail version it cannot be shared or opened on another computer. Most probably you don’t have any Powerpoint Viewer installed on your XP computer, hence it is not opening. So just install Powerpoint Viewer on that machine. For more info and help, you need to check this: Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats

Thanks a bunch for your help. I didn't realize that I had a newer version that was causing the problem. I installed both the PPV2007 and the Converter update on my Older system and everything opened up normally.
