I'm looking for power point instructions, for example. A link or the like, which describes what you can do with powerpoint everything, and above all how to do something with it. By this i mean that one example. With the first click the left mouse button invokes a text that will appear on the film, it is that the second click of the mouse comes to an arrow in the text and click again on the third a text below the arrow appears. I recently saw a presentation that was in just that. Have indeed been created power point presentations, but without the "effects" that i now would like to bring loving times with in order to make the presentations more interesting.

A presentation is a show, usually based on slides and transparencies used to present a project to potential investors, a work plan with their superiors, or whatever we sell. Of online programs that integrate Office, PowerPoint is used to create and display presentations. This presentation is simple, for two reasons. On the one hand, is composed only of four slides. On the other hand, the four slides with text-type information. Nothing but text. Or graphics, or videos, or diagrams, or drawings. For PowerPoint, a presentation is like a document where each page is a slide or transparency. Let us then to create this document. In general should prepare short presentations, without too many slides.

By entering powerpoint box appears where we offer are basically two options: to create a new presentation or open an already created and we have recorded on a disk. We will create a new one: to begin creating a new presentation can also use the file / new or ctrl + u.the first thing powerpoint question is whether we will create a new presentation or work with an existing presentation. Making a blank presentation option. The menu also offers the option of creating a presentation with assistant self. This option is explained in the appendix. Then comes the table, where we have to choose the type of the first slide. Powerpoint is handled with certain standard types that supposedly cover all the possibilities of a presentation.

The scheme has several functions, but for now, let’s just says that he can write all the information type text: headings, subheadings and lists. Precisely, that's all the information that has our presentation. Basically, we deal in the scheme as a word processor. Before you start writing, let's see how we deal with the scheme. It is similar to a word processor but we have to consider a few special rules: Each line of text in the schematic corresponds to a line of text on a slide. The lines have different hierarchy. A more senior title has a subtitle. In a list, a subitem has less hierarchy item. Each time we press Enter we generate a new line, like the previous hierarchy.

    • Pressing the Tab key will go down the hierarchy to the current line.

    • Tapping Shift + Tab will go up the hierarchy to the current line. It's easier than it looks. We started writing the first line of the scheme, which is the title of the first slide.

If you google "power point guide" types you find something, but it is all in english. But one could also look different page where you can find ebook's. The tape, integrated into the microsoft office fluent user interface is designed to help you quickly find the commands you need to accomplish a task. The commands are organized into logical groups together under tabs. Since each tab is linked to a type of activity, such as writing or layout of a page, it is not possible to customize the ribbon without using xml and programming code.
