Hello, I followed your advice to go into the registry to change the value to 0 for sku.011. I do not have any files under my Delivery file. How can I get sku011.cab if I do not have installation disks? Thank you.

Which version of microsoft office you are using? You can try to go to start > Run > Regedit and located this reg - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 -> Delivery. After that you should have this key 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9, just click on it and (at the right of your screen), right clik on CDCache key and type 0 as new value.
