can't open any hyperlink in my outlook 2007 anymore!!!

I have recently reset the Explorer navigator 8 version and dont remember I have touched Outlook setup 2007? But everytime now I am trying to double click on any mail then I get who has a hyperlink. I am getting the below error message appearing, can anyon tell me how to solve that? Thanks

You can try to solve this issue by resetting Web settings in Internet Explorer. If this does not resolve the issue, set IE as the default browser following the steps in Set Program Access in Control Panel. If you use a different browser as your default, you need to set IE as the default until you verify the links work in Outlook.
