Product Key Validity Check?

I am using Office 2007 Retail. I want some help here to test the validation of my product key. I am having one and I had not yet activated. I think there is some problem with the key because the activation process failed 4 times. It is a bit annoying to run the same key again and again and then get nothing from it. I had also installed office 2 time from scratch to ensure that there is no issue with the same. But somehow the activation process is not working fine.

There is no way to check out the key authentication. You have to try to activate your office edition. Sometime the servers are too much busy and due to which the activation process fails. You have to try after sometime and if that is not working I think the key is not proper. You must contact the person from whom you purchased.
