that didn't you?) Go to Digital River and see what they can do for you.

Also it is considered impolite and shouting to post in all capital letters.

Hi,
I've got the same problem as the person above. I had a 60 day trial for Office 2007, and I've now bought the full version, and activated it. At the same time I bought the "Optional: Licence Lock Box: Digital back-up service and licence key" and have been charged for it, but I can't actually find any evidence of "having" it. Is it a program in itself that I could use to re-install Office 2007 if I lost it, or is it some kind of add-on?

I've checked, the various emails that I've got, and only one looked hopeful. It said:

Click here if you have not yet downloaded your software

. So I did, and it came up with a page saying:

We are sorry, but we are unable to complete your request.
The following problem(s) exist:
There was a problem processing your key request
