Excel Formula

Some time ago someone asked about, the formula bar in Excel 2008 for Mac
being at the top of the screen - not within the Excel window like it
used to be in earlier versions. It won't let it be docked
in the window like most of the toolbars.

Is there a way to dock it in
Excel 2008? Does anyone know if it can be docked like the others?
