Word/Excel slow to open

I am using Windows XP and just had to reformat the hard drive that I have. I have reinstalled Office 2007 and it seems to be working properly, but everytime I am trying to open one of the programs, then it goes through the Configuration process and it will take 2-3 minutes everytime. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thanks.

Even I've been working on this for many days. I made several malware analyses, both in safe mode and normal mode. In conclusion began to utilize msconfig and immobilize the program startup. Then I continued using it to immobilize services. So again allowed, reboot, and click an Excel file, the problem was back. So waiting for Excel to open the file, I went to task manager and destroy the spoolsv service. And now there is no problem with me.
