That’s great Kent. Thanks for sharing. Allow me to add some more info on this. In order to use it properly there are some requirements which are as follows:
    • You will need to ensure that the file you are creating is made in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, or Publisher
    • 2007.
    • Is less than 2 MB in size.
    • Does not contain personal information or objectionable content.
    • Contains only materials that you own or have permission to use.
    • Includes a 540x540 preview image (for Access 2007 only).

There are many sites that give you tons of free template that you can use on your office suite. I can found more for the latest version instead of old one. You just have to download and add them in your office package from where you can edit it. It is quiet easier. You can also download a few of them from the official site of Microsoft. I am giving you a link below. Download the one which you think fits your need.

You cannot find a huge amount of calender templates available for Microsoft Office. But if you try to find other stuff then they are provided. Like a resume, brochure, etc. Also it is a bit complicated to manage calender dates in Microsoft Word. I am using Outlook for the same. It has a nice calender with task integration. Through which you can activate various stuff in it. But it must have some feature through which we can integrate Word and Excel files in it.
