Merging 2 photos into 1 .jpeg using MS Office Picture Manager

Can anyone tell me how to merge 2 photos into 1 jpeg image using the Microsoft Office Picture Manager? Incase if it is not possible with the same program, then can anyone recommend me some other application that can do this things, but note that the software should be free of cost.

I think that you will need a photo editor, so for that you need to grab tools like Picasa. I have used it so I am sure that it will do the things that you want to do. Incase if cant do it, then you can google to see for some alternative photo editor software.

Download IrfanView, which is a very fast, small, compact and innovative FREEWARE (for non-commercial use) graphic viewer for Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, XP, 2003 , 2008, etc. Just search it on the net and download it.

You can also get Paint.NET software which is a free image and photo editing software for computers that run Windows. It features an intuitive and innovative user interface with support for layers, unlimited undo, special effects, and a wide variety of useful and powerful tools.
