how do i remove the non commercial use' header in Office

I had a laptop running with Office 2007 Home and Student edition. 2 days ago I bought a ‘Small business upgrade’ and installed it over earlier office version. Note, I just purchased the Upgrade. Now the problem am facing is there is a phrase ‘Non commercial use’ in the header of all office applications. Tried everything to remove this phrase but no success. I cannot remove my original Home and Student edition because as I said I bought only Upgrade for Small business.

Tomorrow I have to present a powerpoint presentation and this phrase in the Header obviously looks weird. SO please let me know how can I remove it from all my office applications. Thank you.

There is only one solution I can suggest. Hope you have the Installation CD for Office Home and Student. If yes, remove Office completely from your system. Restart the computer and directly start installing the Upgrade. In mid way it will prompt you saying “Old version not found”. There use to be a browse button. Click the same and point it towards the installation CD. It will resume the installation and you will have fresh office suite on your system, hopefully without “Non Commercial Phrase.”

Let me know if you face any more problems.

Thank you very much for your help Jasonholt. As per your instructions i uninstalled the H&S edition and noticed that the Header message disappeared automatically without needing to uninstall and reinstall the SB Edition. Thanks again.
