Why does this message appear on shutdown - McciAsyncEventMgrWnd?

Every time I shut down I receive the message which is - McciAsyncEventMgrWnd. I have checked my events log and it indicates that this is an office related issue? Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it? Thanks.

Have you tried to disable the startup entry of McciAsyncEventMgrWnd file from startup items in System Configuration Utility & check if the issue persists. Click Start, type ‘msconfig.exe’ in the Start > Run box, and then press ENTER to start the System Configuration Utility. After that click the Startup tab, and then uncheck the file entry in the Startup Item list. Now you have to click OK, and then click Restart. If it doesn’t occur, please let us know the file location from the same window.
