How to uninstall activation wizard on new HP laptop

This is the first time I installed Office 2007, until now I was much happy with Office 2003. However version 2007 has some interesting features, one thing that is irritating me is ‘Activation Wizard’.

Can anyone please let me know the steps to remove this from my system permanently? Please help.

Hey even I need a similar kind of help. With my hp laptop that I bought 2 months ago I received MS Office 2007 student edition. It was a full version because I paid extra for the same. Now as I wanted to use both Office 2003 and 2007 together on the same, I installed 2003 but there were some problems and mistakenly I deleted 2007 student edition. Anyways, in order to install it back I think I need to first uninstall Activation Wizard but it is showing anywhere in the uninstall list.

Any help?

Well you guys cannot uninstall Activation Wizard from your systems because it is a part of Office suite and cannot be uninstalled separately. You will need to remove your entire Office suite but next time when you will install office back, you will also get Activation Wizard. So, in short there is no way to get rid of this Wizard.

By the was, what is the problem if it is there in your system aghuvi?

As far as I know Activation Wizard disappears for ever after proper installation and Activation of Office Suite. Then what issues are you facing with it? Learn more about this wizard in this KB Article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928218
