Its been about 2 years I was successfully using Cox email account with Outlook 2003, there was no problem. But don’t know what went wrong two days ago, I’m no more able to receive any email in my Outlook inbox. For confirmation I went online and verified my Cox account. There were emails coming to my inbox but it is not reaching to Outlook. So the problem is in Outlook itself.
I tried sending mails, it sends fine but cannot receive. This is the error I’m getting:
Task 'pop.west.cox.net - Receiving' reported error (0X80042108). Unable to connect to your incoming (POP3) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message contact your server administrator or ISP."
Any help please?
