Reinstall Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007

I purchased Microsoft Home and Student back in September via download from
Microsofts website. The PC it was installed on had to be reformatted and the
the application was lost. Does anyone know how I go about reinstalling this
product I have already paid for? I have my order number but I am not sure
where to go on Microsoft website or who to contact.

Do you have a copy of the email you were sent by Digital River?

Thank you very much. I was able to find my old email and get the program
working again. DUH, I am thick sometimes. Thanks again.

Sometimes all we need is someone to gently turn us in the right direction.

Sure do: Contact Digital River Customer Service

Last October I purchased and downloaded ultimate 2007 through digital river and don't have a office disc, but have the e-mail and order #. My computer crashed and I bought a new one, but when I tried to downlaod again (through digital river), it says

"Sorry,

It is too late to download this file. You were allowed to download within 30 days.

If you have any questions, please contact Digital River Customer Service

I bought Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007in May. The computer shop
helped me to installed it in my computer. But recently I uninstalled it by
accident. There was no problem when I reinstalled it. But I could not use
it. The coumputer always configure it when I open any application of it.
And then I got a message said the software has not been installed for the
current user and then asked me to run the set up. It will be highly
appreciated if you can free some time to help me.

My computer went down and had a virus so it is fixed and
I want to re-install microsoft office ultimate 2007 and I tryed to use the cds that was mailed to me and it does not work. I really need this in my computor. What do I need to do to get it back into my computor.

Here's one possibility: try to restore the security settings to default.

You might also check that you are logged in as an administrative user, then
repair /reinstall the application.

Since you didn't explain what you mean by "cds that was mailed to me and it
does not work", it's darned near impossible to suggest anything else.

"it does not work" provides no meaningful explanation, you might as well say
'I'm a woman but don't have any children'
