Office Home & Student 2007 PRODUCT KEY..Help

I bought Office Home & Student 2007 with my brand new laptop 4 months ago. Everything worked fine for this 4 months but since past few days whenever I’m opening MS Word or Excel, don’t know why its started asking me for the Product keys again. Surprisingly when I put the product keys provide don hardcover case, it wont accept them.

Later I tried contacting Microsoft, had phone call for about 1.3 hours. They gave me a new Product key but that is also not working with my Office suite. I tried searching for help on web but none of them worked for me. This is very frustrating now.

Do anyone of you have any idea what should I do now? Many thanks .

As it is just 4 months and as you said you bought the office suite with your laptop itself, I will suggest you to better take it back to the store or retailer from where you bought the laptop and get it fixed right there without any cost because your product is still in warranty period.

Once the product is activated I don’t think it should ask for the product key again. But if it is asking I’m you guys might have not uninstalled the trial version which comes by default with the OEM products before installing Home & Student and you getting this problem. The best solution for this trouble I can suggest you is simply uninstall all office suites available on your system right now.

First remove it from Add and Remove, then open Disc Cleanup and delete all its folders. Restart the laptop and then again install Office Home & Student and activate it with the product key you have. It will work fine.
