How do I download Microsoft Picture Manager in Office Pro 2003?

I actually want to open all .jpg files. I have recently upgraded Kodak's "EasyShare" software to the newest version from the older version with the following error that says "cannot open any JPEG files" or "broken links" to some prior pictures stored in MyPictures. So, is there any solution for this thing? Thanks.

I think that you will need to install Picture Manager. You can try to right click on your pictures and then select Open With, and then select Choose Program and then select the proper program to open it. You also have to ensure that you check the box that says to always use that specific program as well.
