how do i modify a passport picture to 600*600 pixels?

i would like to make my photo 600 *600 pixels by i couldn't find the option
witch help me get it on the software, thanks...

Are you trying to print out the photo to send to the passport office? If so
the requirements in the US (other countries may be different) are to have
the image at 2 X 2 inches. There are specific requirements for the quality
of the printed image (google Passport and get the information directly from
the US Passport office.) If you are trying to resize an image that is at a
less resolution than 600 X 600 the quality of the image won't be too good.

If you want to resize an image simply place the image in Word or PowerPoint
and use the corner resize handles to make the image the size you need (use
the rulers on the page as a guide). To "square" the image at 2 X 2 inches,
use the crop tool to make the image square. Takes a little practice but
once you get the hang of it the image can be resized for printing quickly
and you don't need an image editing program.

Use Pic resizs to get 600 pixel by 600 pixel

1. Select Picture: Browse
Browse
Then click on continue

2. Resize Your Picture:
Make My Picture: click and select custom size
In width put your size then select pixels In Height put your size pixels
Then Click on I 'm Done, Resize My Picture!

Finally, you will get it
Your Image Width Height Filesize
Original 3264 x 2176 1947 KB
New 600 x 600 127 KB
