New mobo & other hardware, computer randomly shuts down while playing games/watching videos

I actually updated a good amount of hardware on my computer. My PSU, Motherboard, Memory, CPU, and Graphics Card are all brand new. Here is a quick breakdown of my system:

    -IX38 QuadGT (Intel X38-ICH9R) 1.0 Motherboard
    -2.53 gigahertz Intel E7200 Core2 Duo CPU
    -OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
    -PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL
    - NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512mb Graphics Card
-Razer Barracuda AC-1 Gaming Audio Card

Sorry if I give a little too much detail on anything, I am just trying to cover all possible questions to help you help me.

My problem now is that, while the computer seemed to be going fine, it will randomly shut down anywhere between 2 minutes to an hour after playing games (such as Vanguard as of late), listening to music, or watching videos. Only twice did I receive a blue screen and when I did it didnt give me time to write down what was on the screen, it auto-rebooted. However I did get a microsoft popup asking me to send in the information, which it then gave me as being caused by a bad driver:

    Error report contents:
    C:\DOCUME~1\Gendo\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER46e9.dir00\Mini061008-01.dmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\Gendo\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER46e9.dir00\sysdata.xml

    Error Signature
    BCCode : 100000d1 BCP1 : 81BF5CA8 BCP2 : 00000002 BCP3 : 00000000
    BCP4 : B973E8FC OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 256_1

the two files it refers to are gone, as they were temporary and I didnt access them immediately. Which sucks. I have however noticed that since installing all my new hardware there seems to still still a single item that is not recognized by the system, and shows up as an Unknown Device in device manager. I cannot figure out exactly what the item is, but here is the given details on the device using Unknown Device Identifier:

As far as I can tell from that, it appears to be my sound card, though i have tried updating new drivers, perhaps im missing something or didnt look for the driver in the correct place.

Now Ive also downloaded EVEREST home edition after reading on another forum that it can help you troubleshoot computer issues, but I am not entirely sure what to look for. However I can provide my temperatures at the current time, where the computer has been on for a long period of time but doing absolutely nothing until now that I got on the internet:

    Motherboard: 12°C / 54°F
    GPU : 60°C / 140°F
    GPU Ambient : 48°C / 118°F

I will also note that it shows my CPU FSB is overclocked to 562MHz, but is originally 100MHz, though I never did any kind of overclocking as of yet to my computer. I dont know if this is just a read error and my FSB is actually faster than what Everest thinks it is, or if some error is overclocking it or causing it to read as overclokced. Nor do I know if this is affecting my computer rebooting in any way.

Ok I hope this is enough information and I am seriously appreciative of any help.

    ** EDIT **
Just thought to add driver info on my hardware in case someone knows offhand specifically if I am running incorrect driver versions:
    - NVidia card: 6.14.11.6906
    - Motherboard... (i think?? shows as ACPI Multiprocessor PC) 5.1.2600.0
    - CPU : 5.1.2600.0
    - Razor audio card: 5.12.1.8

Also, would like to add that I did find my blue screen of death information and the error code i received specifically was as follows:

    0x100000d1 (0x81bf5ca8, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xb973e8fc)

if that is of any additional help, then awesome smile.gif

You might search the tags here first for the error codes : http://forums.techarena.in/tags/index.php/0x00000000/
