    Troubleshooting my motherboard

Well, I think it might be dead but here is what I know. It will not POST. When I power up, the power supply fan is running and so is the CPU fan. The 3 lights on the keyboard come on for a second and then go off. I do not hear any beeps at all. My monitor will not power up, it says to check cables, which I did.

Do you think it could be something as simple as the video card? It is integrated on the motherboard. If I install a new card, I think I have to go into the BIOS to make it recognize the new card, don't I?

    I'm getting frustrated.......

Thanks in advance for your help.
