asus p4g533-la mother board help

I'm looking at an old hp computer for some one, it has a pentium four socket 745 and an asus p4g533-la mother board.
The problem is it beeps like a time bomb first it is fast and after few time its become nonstop beeps in my head it stops when i turn this thing off
i think the beep sound comes twice when the memory is removed
i have done every thing till chancing the PSU to RAM and its turn of CPU but i think it is the motherboard that is the issue
help please

i think the continuously beep is a signh of CPU failing or the new memory that you have is not compatible with board

more question when i get to the boot screen the keyboard is not get the power
and when i press the some key to enter the setup i get nothing
I'll try some diffrent memory.
