    difference between 32 bit and 64 bit on a processor or Os?

    what is the difference between 32 bit and 64 bit on a processor or Os? just wondering

    A 64 bit os can handle 16 gb ram whether it is physical or virtual

    64 bit requires compatible softwares, processors & note that you cant run a 32 bit app on it.

    You can can not run one application faster on 64 bit processor than 32- bit processor. If you are doing multiple tasks then only 64- bit processor will make you feel the speed advantage than 32- bit processor. Like antivirus scanning while playing high graphics games.
