USB 3.0 data transfer speed very low on Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H

There are two usb ports on Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H. There are 4 additional usb 2.0 ports also available. I had connected my keyboard, mouse and usb hub on the usb 3.0 port. I do not know what happen two ports stopped working. They are not detecting anything. Sometime I get unrecognized usb device error. But sometime there is no response. The other two usb 2.0 ports are working quiet fine. What should I do.

It is a hardware issue. You have to take the board to your nearest service center to get it fixed. I do not think the problem is with the usb driver. I got this issue with two front usb port. It was working fine and suddenly they stopped working. I tried reinstalling the drivers several time but that did not helped. At last I took the board to service center where it was fixed. They said the pins were damage due to which it was not working.

Just before doing anytime update the drivers. Visit the official Gigabyte site and download drivers from the support section on the basis of your motherboard model. Select the operating system before downloading right files. It happens sometime a few things stops working and by updating the latest drivers it will work. If it fails then you can carry the board to the service center. You can also try cleaning the board. There can too much dust inside or on the connectors of usb ports.
