best power supply for ASRock G31M VS

I am using a Asrock G31M VS motherboard and am facing some problems with the Power Supply. My computers keeps on switching off and randomly restarts. Yesterday it totally refused to turn on. So, I am thinking to get a 500W power supply for my motherboard which would be sufficient? Can anyone recommend me some best psu for my mobo? Thanks

There are many good Power Supply available in the market. If I were you then I will get myself a psu from either Antec, Seasonic, Corsair or OCZ. Most of the other cheap PSU's usually have false capacity and within a month or 2 they fail under load. The companies that I have recommend are from the quality brands and you they also dont overstate their limits.

Even a 300 watts power supply will work for the motherboard that you have listed, if you dont have additional hardwares like graphics card that needs extra power connectors. Yes, the PSU requirement depends upon the rest of your computer specifications, so can you please tell me what is your whole computer specs? As for guessing, if you got a system with only onboard video then your motherboard doesnt requires more than 300W power supply. Also, try to get branded PSU's from manufacturers like Antec or Corsair because they are well know for their PSU product.
