good motherboard for Amd FX 6300 processor

Hello, I am looking to setup a new computer. I dont have enough budget so therefore I am choosing a Amd FX 6300. But for this which budget motherboard should I buy that will be compatible with it? Also, how much RAM should I get that will give me decent performance for my system build? Thanks for any assistance.

What are you planing on to use your computer build for? Also, what other hardwares like power supply, hard drive, sound card, etc will you use with this build or will you use your old hardwares with it? You should look to get atleast a 550W power supply for your computer build if you also intend to buy a graphics card next time, since GPU's require a lot of power.

If you plan to buy anything around with that CPU then you can get a AsRock 970 Extreme3 Motherboard that will come under $100. It is a budget motherboard and you can also expect an overclock ratio of upto 800mhz to 1200mhz stable. If you got some more budget then you can also get the ga-970a-ud3 motherboard which will be fine.

One of my friend is using ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS with Amd FX 6300 processor. This board is very good for this processor with good layout. The UEFI Bios is also good after you use it for a while. It also runs great with a RAID setup and if you can get a SSD with this board then you can also expect a good performance.
