MSI Z87-G45 Gaming motherboard wont boot at all

I am having some problems with my new computer build. I purchased a new MSI Z87-G45 gaming motherboard and build my whole computer with 600W PSU, 4gb ram and i5 core processor. But if I am trying to start my computer then it will not boot at all. I also dont get any kind of beeping sound and then fans wont kick either. I have also disconnected all the devices and used only the processor and ram on the board but still it wont boot at all? Can anyone tell me how do I solve this issue? Thanks.

Have you tried to reset the CMOS from your motherboard? If you havent then shut down the computer and after 5 minutes open the computer case. Now try to press the clear CMOS button on the back of the I/O panel. Just wait for some minutes so that the CMOS gets cleared. Also try to remove CMOS battery for a complete reset and then push it back again. Now try to start the computer and see if that works.

Can you try to remove the CPU and check the CPU socket pins if they are not bend or so? What is the make and model of the power supply that you have? Even if you said that you have 600W power supply, it should be from good manufacturers like Corsair, Seasonic or any other. Getting a cheap quality power supply could relate to the booting problems that you are facing.

Are you sure that all the cables for hard drive, power supply sockets of 24 pin and 8 pin are properly connected to the motherboard? It seems that the motherboard is not able to recognize the processor and hence it is not booting at all. Ensure that the processor power connector is inserted properly also. Try to check with one RAM sick in the second slot and vice versa.
