CPU temptures one says this another says that ?

Hi i loaded my pc up with the Corsair H100 liquid CPU cooler but when i go to get temp readings my motherboard says the temp is at 25 and easy tune 6 says the same thing but in i go in to SpeedFan i get a totally different reading see pictures below so what im here to ask is which is right ?

There is one more software you can try. Download and install CPUID. Check what temperature it shows you. I think there is some problem with the Speedfan. To ensure that your processor is not heating up go in Bios. There is a place where you can find PC health status. It shows you the current cpu temperature. Just check there. That is the actual temp of your processor and you can take that as final.
