Difference between Foxconn DG33M03 and Foxconn g33m03 motherboard's

I was willing to get G33M03 as it is capable of supporting any Core2Quad processor but then now I have come across DG33M03 and found it to be better by going through the review of the same but then I am having little doubt in my mind and it is that are they of the models? What is the Difference between DG33M03 and g33m03 motherboard's is there anyone who has an idea about this?? I also wanted to know that are they capable of support a Q8300 C2Q or not? Any help regarding this will be appreciated.

Yes the DG33m03/G33m03 motherboard will support Core2Quad processor’s but then it will depend on the version of the BIOS, it will work fine if the BIOS Version is 1.0.15, or higher and if at all it is not then you will have to update the BIOS before installing the Core 2 Quad processor and you will have to get a 350w power supply as well, all the below Core 2 Quad processors supported by the Inspiron 530 Min Tower's DG33m03/G33m03 motherboard, just check them out.
    • Yorkfield Quad Core, Q8200, 2.33GHz, 4MB, 1333FSB, M1
