I updated H61icafe bios ver 1.20 to 1.50.
Now when I start my computer I see Chinese or Japanese character on my screen and window cant’t start. Keyboard not working. Many problems occurred after updating.

Try to downgrade 1.50 to your older version. Simply download the older version bios and copy it to your USB or CD. On boot up select the option to flash from USB or from CD.
There are 2 method for updating BIOS
Method 1
Save the bios files on a device such as USB, hard disk and floppy disk
Press F2 to get into BIOS setup menu
Select the utility menu to execute it
ASRock instant Flash will detect all devices and only list those BIOS version which are suitable for your motherboard.
Method 2
Save the BIOS files on a device such as USB disk , hard disk and floppy drive.
Press <F6> when you see this (or similar) page Select the suitable BIOS version and flash.
If you encounter problems while updating the new BIOS, DO NOT turn off your system since this corrupt BIOS might cause your system failed to boot up. Just repeat the process, and if the problem still persists, update the original BIOS file. If the Flash Memory Writer utility was not able to successfully update a complete BIOS file, your system may not be able to boot up.
Go to manufacturer site look for Bios and Firmware upgrades for your computer model number. Before flashing backup of your current bios or Look for the latest English bios or you can change the language from BIOS under system configuration.
Follow the steps to downgrade a system.
1. Download the ASRock H61iCafe Bios 1.20 package (WinZip format with .zip file extension). And
close all programs.
2. Unzip and save all files to the same directory of any storage location
accessible by the host system. And you should see BIOSfilename.EXE,
UCORESYS.SYS, UCOREVXD and UCOREW64.SYS.
3. Click BIOSfilename.exe
It shows a dialog icon to remind you to close other programs. Click
"OK".
4. After finishing upgrading the BIOS, it shows "Press Any key". Please
press any key.
5. Then it shows a dialog icon to remind you to restart the system. Click
"Yes".
6. After system restart, press to enter the BIOS setup utility during
boot up. In Exit menu, please select "Load Default Settings" and press
to continue.
7. Select "Exit Saving Changes" and press to exit the BIOS setup
utility.
Now, system is booting up with new BIOS.
