I am not at all sure that it is important but I applied the Thermal Paste as I was getting High temperatures (36C - 67C) but at present it is been worst. Just wanted to know that how I can fix these high temperatures. Please help me with this. Below is specification which I am using it. Thank you.

Even I have applied the paste, not one time but twice. When I have applied for first time then I have used middle dot method but that did not worked for me and it has not spread properly, so after that I have got a clean film on my finger and spread it all over CPU. When I have apply it for second time then it has been get cooler. I would suggest that you also attempt for second and sure that it will cooler CPU.

I would suggest that better use alcohol or isopropyl alcohol to clean both of your CPU and Cooler. When you are doing this then I would say that you do not use your finger to apply the TIM for the reason that it has grease and also it damage the TIM as soon as you touch it, use and old credit or debit card (clean it too with alcohol before use) to cover all cooler, then install it on CPU.
