which DDR3 1600 or DDR 1333 ram is best for gamming

Which is the best memory for the purpose of gaming either I should go with DDR3 1600 or the DDR3 133 is the best. Guys I am really confused between these two. While I am having the SB i5 2500k cpu.
As I want to play the games I would definitely prefer the best one, please suggest which one to use?

See the case in Intel p67 motherboards they allow to use the LGA1155 Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 cpus to clock the memory to speed up to 2,133MHz without overclocking issue. The DDR2 ram is just 1,333MHz. Compared to Intel Lynnfield memory the DDR3 seems to be in problem that it is the best as ram. It’s not just the speed the performance of Intel Lynnfield is superb.

See you can go with the DDR3 1600 as these is known for the speed it will be really fast. By the way both of them are the fastest and mostly these fastest ram are used to play the games. But while comparing both of them the DDR3 1600 is the fastest.

I am using the 12 GB of G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3-1600 CL9 RAM. You can tell one 2x4GB kit and the other 2x2GB kit in my Sandy Bridge gaming rig. Honestly it is the best the games that I play is very smooth running because off these memory and there has been never a problem with these memory till now. It is the best.
