Does MSI P67A-GD65 supports Ivy bridge processor

Recently I have seen some news about 22nm cpu on MSI Z68 and H61 motherboards. But there is no news P67 and H67 chipset and support for 22nm cpu. Right now I am using the old MSI P67a-GD65 B2 motherboard without BIOS update. Does it have new BIOS for supporting new 22nm cpu?

MSI is among the first Taiwanese motherboard manufacturers to formalize support for future Intel CPUs and Ivy Bridge family, built with 22nm production technology, by its LGA 1155 socket motherboards on the market. Specifically there are the models based on Z68 and H61 chipset, some of which already have updated bios and more until you update with compatibility solutions Ivy Bridge. Those motherboards, when combined with family processors Ivy Bridge, will boast support for PCI Express Gen 3, the new processors Intel is in fact an integrated controller of this type to be used to handle discrete video cards that may be present in the system.

Well 22nm, USB 3.0 and native PCI-E 3.0 are already tempting I must say. In other words, the "Old Iron" feeling at Ivy Bridge introduction is enormous compared to AM3/1156 vs. Sandy Bridge at the time.

MSI features the boards with PCI-E 3.0 by G3 in the name. One would now with Sandy Bridge CPUs and the Ivy Bridge CPUs deal to list all the differences. MSI has been shown the world's first PCI Express 3.0 compatible motherboard. Thus, it is in front of the X79 chipset from Intel and Z77 with the Z68 already in MSI support for PCI Express 3.0. This is only possible because MSI is beta partner of Intel. This allows MSI to test new products early on and make Intel run on current boards by changing chips. "Normal" P67/Z68 motherboards are equipped with an Ivy Bridge CPU is not able to work with PCI Express 3.0. The CPUs run on the boards but the boards cannot support PCI Express 3.0:

Let’s say so, I would prefer in any case, the B3-boards. The BIOS makes a better impression on me. You can also use it as a "bridge board" if you want to change gradually financially.
