LG BH10Ls30 cannot recognized with gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L

I am facing problem with LG bh10ls30 blu-ray drive. in my computer I have gigabyte GA-G31M-S2L motherboard and all the things were working like a charm and after that I have bought LG bh10ls30 blu-ray drive and connected it with my computer. now when I start computer at that time Computer recognize LG bh10ls30 blu-ray drive but when I start using PC from Sleep mode at that time computer does not show DVD drive. What should I do to solve this problem?

After looking at your problem I will first suggest you to check whether you have latest Intel Chipset INF drivers installed in your computer or not? if you don’t have latest drivers then first download the latest Intel Chipset INF drivers and then install it in your computer and after installing that in your computer all the things will start working properly. You have to also connect your LG bh10ls30 blu-ray drive with other computer and then check whether you are getting same problem or not. If you get same problem after connecting the LG bh10ls30 blu-ray drive with other PC then it means problem is with your BR drive only.

I have tried my LG bh10ls30 blu-ray drive with other computer and it does not give me any problem with other PC. I have also installed latest Intel Chipset INF drivers and after installing those drivers in my PC also I get same problem. Now please give me solution to fix this problem

Have you connected your LG bh10ls30 blu-ray drive with SATAII_3? If you have not connected with SATAII_3 then you should first connect LG bh10ls30 blu-ray drive with SATAII_3 and then your problem might get solved. I was also having similar issue and then I have tried this solution and then my problem gets solved.
