After reading your problem I will first suggest you to disconnect all the thing from your cabinet and then connect all the things properly. Now after doing that you have to only start monitor and when you see no signal message at that time start other thing and then see whether you get option for get in BIOS or not. if you able to get in the BIOS then you have to see whether all the settings are proper there or not. You have to also reset BIOS to it default setting and then see whether it makes any difference or not.

Try above ideas and then let me know what the result is.

As you have mentioned that above solution does not help you to fix this problem then I will suggest you to connect Geforce GTX 560ti graphic card with different computer and then you have to check whether it makes any difference or not. if your graphic card works properly then it means problem is with your Asrock p67 Extreme4 Gen3 motherboard.
