Is Intel Xeon E5649 has I/O Virtualization Support?

I want to ask that if the Intel Xeon E5649 is having support for the I/O Virtualization. Is there someone who has used this feature with this chip or have any idea about it. If yes then please help me with your suggestion.

I was searching for the same on web and found that this is just having the support for the (VT-x) and there is no support for the (VT-d). I am not still very sure about this. I have just got this information from some other site. Just get to this link to have more information about this chip. I know that this is very disappointing but this is how they made it.
