System crash with 2 sticks of 2gb G.Skill DDR2 RAM

I am building a new system. I have used 2 sticks of 2gb G.Skill DDR2 and whenever I start the system then it get crashed. I tried by changing the RAM slots but that makes no difference. Now I am wondering that can be wrong with the system and how can this problem be resolved. I have also tried a lot of things by searching on google but that all failed. I hope that I could get some unique idea from here.

I think that you will have to set the voltage manually to get the issue resolved. This will put the Performance Enhance to Standard. When you are making use of both then you will have to add MCH voltage 1.2-1.3 and ensure that trfc is 52-62.
