intel dg41rqi processor fan rotates very fast on start up

hi friends,i have intel dg41rqi motherboard and intel core2duo e7500 processor.problem i face is the processor fan rotates very fast as soon as i start the computer and comes to normal after sometime..can this be solved....need your help....thanks...
