I used the windows to create the partition. i have read on the website: it is doesn't matter if you have more 137GB limit OS, it will just end up by writing over boot sector. as i know the BIOS has 137GB BIOS limit. |

on windows XP internal limit of 137Gb BIOS is previously but does not address BIOS limitation and once you windows attempt to address limit this just overwrite to boot sector and kill your OS. On mine BIOS screen the limit is 137 GB but actual size is 320GB. I have found we can only use the half of the hard drive and not more than that. i wish it could be better if we get full space of HDD. |
