AMD PhenomII X840 vs AMD fx 4100

Hi Friends, I have found two processors for my system. They are AMD PhenomII X840 and AMD fx 4100. Now the problem is that both are Quad Core.The AMD fx 4100 is little more expensive as compared to the AMD PhenomII X840. Can anyone help me out of this problem ? I have to choose one of these two. Which one should I select ? Any suggestions would help.

As far as the processors are concerned then I must say that both of the processors are quite good in performance. I am having the AMD PhenomII X840 installed in my system. Its less expensive as compared to the AMD fx 4100 because the AMD fx 4100 requires high Quality of the motherboard to be installed.
